MucaHost Affiliate Program Terms
These rules apply to affiliate referrals and commissions. The latest published terms version accepted in your affiliate account is the agreement recorded for your participation.
Application and acceptance
Apply through your MucaHost customer account. Referral tools become available after approval. You must accept the current Affiliate Program Terms before completing an application.
If the terms version changes, you may need to accept the new version before continuing to use affiliate features. The accepted version, timestamp, and relevant consent history are recorded with your affiliate account.
Referral attribution
The default referral cookie window is 60 days. When more than one affiliate referral is eligible, the first eligible referral is retained by default. Coupon attribution may also apply when an eligible affiliate coupon is used.
Self-referrals, duplicate commission claims, and attempts to manipulate attribution are prohibited. A duplicate or self-referral commission may be rejected or reversed.
Eligible sales and commission calculation
Eligible hosting purchases and renewals may earn commission. The default initial rate is 40% for standard hosting and 20% for VPS and Dedicated Servers; the default rate for eligible renewals is 10%. If a different rate is shown for your product, affiliate group, or account, that applicable rate controls. MucaHost may update rates in program settings for future eligible sales.
Commission is calculated on the eligible amount actually paid after discounts, once payment is successful and verified—not on the original list price. Coupon stacking is disabled by default and only applies if MucaHost explicitly enables it.
- For an upgrade, only the additional eligible amount actually paid may qualify.
- Downgrades are not commissionable.
- Domain registrations and renewals are non-commissionable by default.
- Add-ons and other services are non-commissionable by default unless enabled by product settings.
Commission review and status
Only successful, verified payments can generate a commission. Commissions normally enter the configured 45-day review period; a different period shown in your account or program settings applies instead. After review, a commission may move through Pending, Approved, Available for payout, and Paid. It may also be placed On Hold or Rejected where appropriate.
A commission must be Available for payout before it can be included in a payout request. Its status and eligible balance are shown in your affiliate dashboard.
Refunds, chargebacks, and reversals
A full refund reverses the full related commission. A partial refund reverses commission proportionally to the refunded eligible amount. A chargeback reverses the full related commission and marks it as reversed.
If the commission was already paid, the historical payout record remains unchanged and a negative adjustment is applied against your future balance. Commission and adjustment events are retained in the audit history.
Payout requests and payment
The current payout currency is USD and payouts are processed manually. Bank transfer and Payoneer are available only where enabled by the program and operationally supported. Your account displays the current minimum threshold, payout schedule, and available methods.
When currency conversion applies, the payout record stores the source amount, payout amount, currencies, exchange rate, transaction reference, and payment date. Check your available balance and saved payout details before requesting payment.
Promotion, accurate claims, and affiliate disclosure
Use truthful, current information about MucaHost prices, features, availability, and commissions. Do not present yourself as a MucaHost employee or official representative unless authorized in writing. Spam, deceptive promotion, self-referrals, and tracking manipulation are prohibited.
When a recommendation or content includes an affiliate link, clearly disclose that you may earn a commission. Put the disclosure close to the recommendation or link so readers can readily see it—for example: “I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link.”
Terms updates and consent records
MucaHost may update the Affiliate Program Terms and settings. To continue under a new terms version, accept the version published in your affiliate account. The accepted version, timestamp, and relevant consent metadata are retained in your account history.
This public page explains the program rules. Review the published terms shown in your account when you apply or are asked to accept an updated version; that version is linked to your recorded acceptance. For questions, contact MucaHost support.
